Bonegilla Migrant Experience
Block 19 at Bonegilla is the last surviving section of the post war migrant reception centre that received more than 300,000 new arrivals, and is now a heritage site open to the public. Visitors can walk through the original huts, follow the Suitcase Trail and see The Arc memorial sculpture, with guided tours available by appointment and education programs for schools. Entry is $8 for adults and $7 concession, children under 16 are free, and annual passes cost $14 and $12.
