Visitors can sample the award winning fortified wines and the Australian single malt whisky expressions those wines have influenced, all under one roof. Interactive tours are available and booked separately through the website. Open 10am to 4pm weekdays and weekends, closed Good Friday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
