Last St Brewery
Last St Brewery, formerly Billson's, has been operating on its Beechworth site since 1865 and is one of Australia's oldest continuing beverage manufacturers. The shop stocks more than 65 traditional cordials made to old fashioned recipes plus liqueurs and merchandise, with complimentary tastings at standing bars and no booking needed. The restaurant and bar serves a seasonal menu across a family friendly taproom, beer garden, barrel room and speakeasy. Nathan's guided one hour brewery tour, hosted by the owner, covers the original red brick spring water well and is $7.50 for adults.
