Wagga Wagga & District Historical Society
The Wagga Wagga & District Historical Society researches and publishes local history and takes enquiries through its website and Facebook page. It does not keep a public room; its historical material is held by Charles Sturt University Regional Archives, the Museum of the Riverina and the Wagga Wagga City Library local history collection. The society was one of the local partners that funded the digitisation of the Wagga Wagga Rate and Valuation books now available through NSW State Archives, and it publishes the Bidgee Whaler articles written by Sylvia Walsh.
